Adoptive parents meeting was held on 13 of September in Orsha. The parents had invited representatives of local administration and press to tell them about every day intractable problems, that adoptive families have. Representatives of Republic Association “Hope to children” and ISA “Good will” had also taken part in meeting. Volunteers of Good will had also brought a help for children from Orsha – food products. As it has turned out, food products assistance was very helpful.
On 4 th of may, Wednesday, our delegation will visit a Ministry of building and architecture, where the meeting with a minister is planning. The questions about soft loans for large and foster families for building and housing reconstruction will be consider there.

The talks about lifting of a ban on receiving of the humanitarian relief by social organizations go ahead. On 7th of April 2011, a chairman of the RCPA "Hope for Children" Leonid Skorobahatyi had visited a department of office of Presidential Affairs, where he was met by department’s director Alexander Vladimirovich Kolyada.
In June-July 2011 the group of children with parents had an opportunity of holidays at the Naroch lake. The group consisted of 23 people, 5 adults and 18 children.
The places for living were provided by the Naroch church, food and transport – by the church of Ratomka town.

In this letter we will tell you in short about developments with the Association "Hope for Children" at first half of the year 2011 and plans in future.
Originally it was planned that the prize winner will be one from each area. But in the competition took part only Vitebsk and Minsk region. Therefore, the prizes (a trip to the country's main Christmas tree) got three members from Vitebsk region and three members from Minsk region.
